These terms apply to your use of sort.games, operated by Guardian Force Studios, Mansfield Woodhouse, Nottinghamshire, England ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. What sort.games does

sort.games helps you organise game nights: you create an event, share an invite link, and collect your guests' responses in one place. You must be at least 13 years old to have an account. If you are under 13, you may only use sort.games with a parent's or guardian's consent and supervision; they accept these terms on your behalf.

2. Your account

You sign in through a supported provider (such as Google, Apple, Microsoft, Facebook) or by email. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for anyone else who uses the service through your account. Do not sign up pretending to be someone else.

3. Your events and your content

You keep all rights to the event details, titles and guest responses you create. You let us process and display that content only as needed to run the service (for example, showing your dashboard and sending responses to your guests). Do not use sort.games to run events or share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, infringes other people's rights, spreads malware, or is otherwise abusive. We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Rude-but-fair house rules

• Don't spam invites to strangers; your invite link is for your actual guests.
• Don't scrape, overload or try to break the service.
• Don't resell access to sort.games or claim it as your own product.

5. Pricing

sort.games is currently free to use. We may introduce paid plans or paid features in the future. If we do, we will always tell you the price and what changes before you pay anything, and the parts of the service that are free today will not disappear without notice.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep sort.games available at all times, but we can't promise it will never be down, and we may change or discontinue features. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version. We will announce significant changes on the site.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the arrangements you make with your guests (who brings the snacks is between you and them).

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using sort.games at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing support@sort.games. We can suspend or end accounts that breach these terms or the law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
